About us
Nitta Kashiho is a confectionery maker in the Hiruzen Highlands of northern Okayama, near the Tottori border. We make soufflé cheesecake, sablés, manju and other sweets using local Jersey milk.
Founded on March 1, 1979 (昭和54年3月1日), our products have been enjoyed at Hiruzen roadside stations and service areas, department stores, local high-school cultural festivals, and many other venues.

My thanks go to my parents, my grandfather 健雄, grandmother 並子, great-grandfather 力丸, great-grandmother ハマ子, and my father’s friend who created this website with such character.
